In a saucepan, sautee finely chopped onions until golden. Cut chicken into ¼” cubes, yielding ½ cup. Add chicken to saucepan and brown. Add 2 cups of chicken soup. Add one package of Pantry Club® Onion Chive seasoning. Cover & simmer for 15 mins.

Add cubed carrots and cubed potatoes to the soup and continue to simmer for 20 mins., or until chicken and vegetables have been thoroughly cooked. Add some soup noodles per package instructions.

Let stand to cool for a little bit. Serve with sliced green onions.
Makes about 2 – 2½ cups.

Serving Variations

  1. Substitute barley or rice for the soup noodles.
