William Boyd’s Recipe submission



16-18 oz of Pilaf Rice
1 Cup of Corn
3 Tbsp Butter
1 Cup of Shrimp
1 oz Sesame Garlic Gourmet Dip Mix Seasoning (this recipe works well with all of the flavors, so you can opt to use your favorite)



Cook the pilaf rice per the instructions.

In a deep saucepan, melt the butter on low heat and add the cooked rice and sauté to further brown it.

Then add 1 cup of the corn and heat through on low heat.

Add an oz. of Sesame Garlic seasoning, or your preferred seasoning flavor. Stir into the corn and rice mixture

Lastly add shrimp to the top of rice mixture and cover saucepan and let simmer until shrimp is cooked (when shrimp are reddish white it’s ready).

Lightly sprinkle some Sesame Garlic seasoning on top.
