1 pound asparagus
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
3 Tbsp Parmesan
Juice of one lemon
2-3 Tbsp The Pantry Club Sesame Garlic* Gourmet Dip Mix
2-3 Tbsp melted butter

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Wash and trim the asparagus.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and Sesame Garlic Dip Mix.

On a baking sheet, arrange the asparagus in a single layer. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the asparagus.
Roast until the asparagus is crisp on the outside and tender in the center; around 8 to 10 minutes.

Melt the butter and put it into a small serving bowl.

Then toss the asparagus with the garlic, Parmesan cheese and lemon juice.

Serve immediately.

* This recipe can be used with other gourmet dip mix flavors.
