- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of buttermilk, well shaken
- 3/4 of a pkg of Pantry Club® Gourmet Garden Ranch Dip Seasoning
- Mixed greens, washed and dried
- One red or green apple, sliced
- 10-12 black olives
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and coarsely crumbled
- Handful of walnuts
- One avocado
- Handful of dried cranberries
- Optional: 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
- Mix dressing ingredients and let marinate for at least 2 hrs.
- Toss all salad ingredients with buttermilk salad dressing.
- Sprinkle walnuts, cranberries and mozzarella cheese on top.
