Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts or 2 rib eye steaks
  • 1 pkg Pantry Club® Gourmet Jalapeño Dip Seasoning
  • 2 bell pepper (red, green, or yellow)
  • 1 onion

Directions:

  • Cut chicken or steak into small pieces
  • Season the chicken with Pantry Club® Gourmet Jalapeño Dip Seasoning
  • Cut bell peppers into small squares
  • Cut an onion on small squares
  • Put a square of meat, onion and pepper onto a skewer and repeat this combination until it’s full (but leave enough at each end to be able to turn skewer during cooking).
  • Cook on the barbecue grill until chicken or steak is fully cooked and lightly browned.
