- 2 chicken breasts or 2 rib eye steaks
- 1 pkg Pantry Club® Gourmet Jalapeño Dip Seasoning
- 2 bell pepper (red, green, or yellow)
- 1 onion
- Cut chicken or steak into small pieces
- Season the chicken with Pantry Club® Gourmet Jalapeño Dip Seasoning
- Cut bell peppers into small squares
- Cut an onion on small squares
- Put a square of meat, onion and pepper onto a skewer and repeat this combination until it’s full (but leave enough at each end to be able to turn skewer during cooking).
- Cook on the barbecue grill until chicken or steak is fully cooked and lightly browned.
