1 box multi colored bow tie pasta (or any style)
1 package cherry tomatoes (sliced)
1 ½ Cups fresh Mozzarella cheese (cubed)
1 Cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ Cup cubed hard salami or other Italian meat
1 Cup Olive oil
1 package The Pantry Club® Garden Ranch Gourmet Dip Mix
Optional: Fresh basil leaves.
Boil pasta as directed on package. Let cool.
Slowly mix the Garden Ranch Gourmet Dip Mix into the Olive oil.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Mix the pasta, tomatoes, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and stir in the Olive oil mix. Refrigerate and serve cold.
