Recipe inspired by


1 Cup diced, breaded chicken breast (or can use pork or steak if preferred)

4 Cups cooked brown rice

2 beaten eggs

2 green onions, chopped

2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

3 Tbsp. olive oil

2 Tbsp. of The Pantry Club® Sesame Garlic Gourmet Dip Mix


Heat ½ Tbsp. of oil in a deep pan on the stove top (or use a wok heated to about 375º F). Cook diced chicken (or meat of your choice) until browned and cooked through. Set aside in a large bowl.

Heat another ½ Tbsp. of oil in pan and scramble the beaten eggs. Sprinkle the eggs with 1 of the tablespoons of Sesame Garlic Dip Mix. Then pour into the bowl along with cooked chicken.

Pour the remaining 2 Tbsp. of oil into the pan and start adding the cooked rice. Sprinkle the remaining tablespoon of Sesame Garlic Dip Mix over the rice, breaking up big pieces until heated through.

When heated through, add the diced green onions and cook for a few minutes, stirring as it cooks.

Add in soy sauce, pork and scrambled eggs. Stir to cover the rice with soy sauce and continue to stir until all heated through. Salt as desired.
