4-6 pieces of Tilapia

1 pkg of The Pantry Club® Cucumber Dill Gourmet Dip Mix

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup of Sour Cream


Mix together half of the Cucumber Dill Dip Mix into the olive oil to create a marinade.

Coat the marinade over both sides of the tilapia pieces.

If possible, leave in fridge for 4-6 hours for more flavor.

Grill or cook over medium heat with the lid closed for 3-5 minutes per side, for a total of about 6-10 minutes.

Mix the remaining half package of the Cucumber Dill Dip Mix into ½ cup sour cream. If you prefer a more watery texture, add 1 tsp of water to the sauce.

Drizzle this sauce over the fish pieces and simmer just long enough for the sauce to warm.

Serve with your favorite salad or vegetables.
