Ingredients:

2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 cucumber, cubed
1 very small diced onion
1 small celery, diced
Sprinkle of green onion
3-4 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
The Pantry Club® Cucumber Dill Gourmet Dip Mix seasoning
1 head of Lettuce
Small tomatoes for decor

Directions:

Mix the Mayonnaise with the Cucumber Dill dip mix to taste.
Mix the cubed chicken, cucumber, celery, onion and green onion into the seasoned Mayonnaise.
In a bowl, layer with lettuce then scoop the chicken salad mix into the center of the lettuce.
Encircle the bowl with small tomatoes.
This recipe lends itself to any of the dip mixes so you can choose your favorite flavor.
