- 2 pounds beef round steak (about one inch thick)
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- red peppers, chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 – 8ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg Pantry Club Chipotle Chile seasoning
- Cut steak into 4 serving pieces.
- Dredge in flour, salt and pepper mix.
- Brown and drain in skillet with a little oil.
- Add chopped peppers and rest of ingredients.
- Cover and simmer until steaks are tender (about 2-3 hours).
