Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds beef round steak (about one inch thick)
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • red peppers, chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 – 8ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg Pantry Club Chipotle Chile seasoning

Directions:

  • Cut steak into 4 serving pieces.
  • Dredge in flour, salt and pepper mix.
  • Brown and drain in skillet with a little oil.
  • Add chopped peppers and rest of ingredients.
  • Cover and simmer until steaks are tender (about 2-3 hours).
