Ingredients:

1 large head of Cauliflower

2 heaping Tbsp mayonnaise or veganaise

¾ of a pkg Gourmet Dip Mix (our favorite flavors for this are Garden Ranch, Buffalo Bleu and Sesame Garlic, but all of them are excellent)

Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise with three-quarters of a package of your favorite Gourmet Dip Mix.

Cut the florets off of the cauliflower and drop them into the bowl. Mix them very well with the mayo dip mixture, until all the florets are seasoned. (You need a large bowl for this so you have room to mix them well!)

Spread the coated cauliflower florets on a large baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
