4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup Ritz crackers or similar butter crackers, crushed
½ cup butter, cut into small pieces

2 Tbsp The Pantry Club Garden Ranch Gourmet Dip Mix

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Melt a few pieces of the butter and spread it around the bottom of the pan so that it’s fully covered.
In a medium size bowl, mix together crackers and Garden Ranch Dip Mix.
Place beaten eggs in another medium size bowl.
Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs and then put the chicken in the cracker mixture, coating both sides completely.
Place each coated chicken breast in the pan and put the remaining pieces of butter, over the top of chicken the breasts.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.

This recipe can be used with your other favorite dip mix flavors.
