Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Pantry Club® Gourmet Buffalo Bleu Dip Seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked chicken meat, cut into small cubes
  • ¼ cup blanched, slivered almonds
  • ¼ cup sliced grapes
  • 1 stalk of celery chopped into small pieces
  • Garnish with tomato slices
  • Optional: Croissants, Kaiser roll, or other bread choice

Directions:

  • Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice and Pantry Club® Gourmet Buffalo Bleu Dip Seasoning in a bowl until well mixed
  • Then add the other ingredients and mix well
  • Garnish with tomato slices and then serve on a croissant or other bread option
