- 2 cups drained and rinsed Garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 Tbsp. TPC Bacon Cheddar seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. tahini paste
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- In a blender, mix first 4 ingredients until smooth.
- Then, while blender is going, add olive oil a little at a time
- Refrigerate 1 hour or longer.
- Serve with pita bread, pita chips or your favorite crackers.
